Asetra Caviar, one the most expensive and prized caviar in the world. Osetra sturgeon is the source of Osetra caviar that weighs 50-400 pounds and live long up to 50 years. It has color shades that vary from deep brown to gold. Golden Osetra, (which is golden-yellow) is a rare type of Osetra caviar and has a very rich flavor. Other lighter Osetra caviars are more sought after for they are obtained from the oldest of sturgeon, and have the richest flavor.
