Caviar Beluga 125 Gm

Consisted of the roe (or eggs) of the beluga sturgeon Huso huso, Beluga caviar is mainly found in the world’s largest salt-water lake; the Caspian Sea which has Iran and the CIS countries of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Russia, and Turkmenistan on its borders. It also can be found in the Black Sea basin and occasionally in the Adriatic Sea. Beluga caviar has very large sized roes and a range of colors shading from black to pale grey. Add to that its smooth and buttery flavor.
